Privacy

Privacy policy, in short

The site is built for anyone to learn on, and we ask for as little data as possible.

An account is optional

The first simulator, the first two lessons and one middle lesson of every course work without an account. When you create an account, we keep only your name, email, plan and sign-up date, so you can sign in and reach member content. Your password is never stored as is; we keep a one-way hash that can't be turned back into it. When you sign in, your browser keeps a single sign-in cookie, removed when you sign out or after 30 days.

We don't sell or share your data with anyone. If you want your account deleted, contact us and we'll delete it.

Purchase requests

When you press “I've paid” on the purchase page, we store with your account the course, the amount and payment method, the number or reference you paid from if you entered it, and any note, so we can match it to the payment and activate the course. A payment screenshot you send on WhatsApp stays only in that chat.

Your course progress

The courses store things like the exercises you've finished, the settings you entered and your colour choice (light or dark) in localStorage in your browser on the same device. You can clear them at any time from your browser settings (clear site data). If you're signed in, your progress is also saved to your account so it follows you to any device.

Fonts from Google

Pages load fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). This means your browser contacts Google's servers to download the font, and they receive your IP address like any web request. This is covered by Google's privacy policy.

When you contact us

If you message us on WhatsApp or by email, the message reaches us through that service, and we use it only to reply to you.

The law

We handle your data under Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020: we collect only what we need, and you have the right to know what we hold about you and to ask for it to be corrected or deleted.

Hosting

The hosting company that serves the site may log ordinary technical data (such as IP address and visit time) for security and operations.
